About Cassondra

Training with me will be the perfect mix of fun, encouragement, advice, empathy, and collaboration! I was a dancer for 20 years, and then transitioned into my fitness career 4 years ago, while I was living in NYC. I have worked with all ages, from children to seniors.
While I will push you to succeed, I will also listen to you and your body to keep you safe. One of my biggest qualities is the attention and energy that I pour into my clients. When you train with me, I will be checking in with you every step of the way, and adjusting your program based off of you and your specific needs.
I can help you recover from an old injury, increase your mobility, flexibility, and improve your balance. I will help you shed fat to see your muscle definition, and I can help you increase your cardiovascular endurance. Getting ready for a wedding? Preparing for a pregnancy, or recovering from one? Maybe you just want to be able to move throughout your day with confidence and ease, feeling like the strongest and most able-bodied you. I have experience with it all, and am here to help you achieve your goals!
A typical training session with me will last about 60min. We will start with a warm up, including mobility work. Then we transition into the bulk of your workout, which usually consists of 2-5 circuits that we will repeat 2-5 times, depending on your specific goals. We then end with 5-10min of cool down and stretching.
