About Dennis

In my 10 years of experience in the fitness industry I’ve experimented with what works and what doesn’t work when it comes to shaping a program that works, and I think it’s taken exactly that long to actually get good at it.

I believe the vast majority of people can achieve and maintain there desired level of fitness spending a reasonable amount of time every week. Much less time investment than most think! Traveling to a busy gym during rush hour to share a limited amount of equipment with way too many gym members is just not practical for most people. My goal is making getting the body you want as convenient and enjoyable as possible. We’ll do this not just by saving you time, but using fitness to GIVE you more time and enjoyment in life! We do this by finding clear, exciting, and meaningful goals, and developing the fastest, most sustainable, and practical path to those goals.
