Originally from Scotland, I've worked in a variety of training, coaching and leadership roles. My mission is to empower, educate and inspire you to lead a full, healthy and fulfilled life. I keep it honest, realistic and above all, results driven.
I'm a fat loss and fitness coach and have worked with hundreds of clients. There is no "one size fits all" approach because everyone has different goals and dreams, baselines and timelines, and various life demands that are often unexpected or unavoidable.

I've spent the past 10 years (16,000+ coaching sessions) working with clients on their fitness goals, health goals and needs, as well as trained over 20 trainers to become incredible at delivering results for their clients.
