I bring equipment to my clients with a full equipped mobile gym. I have a background working with clients ranging from 4 to 90 years old, from beginners to high level athletes. My goal as a trainer is to help anyone get the benefits of physical activity is whatever way that works best for their lifestyle. I'm especially passionate about helping my clients improve their ability to do everyday tasks with more energy and less pain.
