I will give you a no nonsense calorie burning fat targeting workout program that is specifically developed for those that are focused on dropping those unwanted pounds. Each workout uses a continuous movement pattern that will engage your muscles and help to turn your body into a fat burning machine. So that you are not only burning calories during the workout but also throughout the day and even as you sleep. Workouts are varied each session so that you are challenged in different ways and you continually enjoy your sessions. Exercise should be challenging and enjoyable. I believe that people will do something more often if they enjoy it. Thus I try to make sure my training sessions are tailored to each individual client and offer exercises with the appropriate intensity and a little fun as well.

Pushups are an exercise that I love to use with my clients. There are so many variations of pushups and they are actually a full body workout. The focus is mainly on the muscles of your chest however when a pushup is performed correctly it engages the muscles of your abs, arms and legs.
