About Alaina

Alaina is a fitness professional who prioritizes sustainable change over the temporary quick fix. She challenges the fad diet and “20lbs in 20 Days” culture that our society has fallen victim to. By viewing wellness through a big-picture lens, she helps clients see beyond the quick fix to long term success.
Creating sustainable healthy habits means addressing your mindset, movement, nutrition, breath and health as a whole.

Alaina discovered the benefits of strength training and lifestyle/diet changes on her own fitness journey. By letting go of yo-yo dieting, constant cardio, and little sleep she was able to gain results and feel better than she ever imagined. Now, Alaina helps her own clients create sustainable and optimal levels of fitness and health.

Alaina currently holds a personal training certification and nutrition certification through NASM and is a 200 hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. She is constantly expanding her knowledge in the wellness industry and regularly pursues continuing education courses and certifications. Her passion and purpose is to help you become the best you!
