David Marchand
VerifiedAbout David
My name is David Marchand & I specialize in performance training and injury prevention. I have worked within the field for over 10 years, and have had 3 years of experience working in the out-patient physical therapy setting. I am an athlete and a former Men's Physique competitor. I believe that we should not only feel good in the skin we are in, but move well. "Nice body, but what can you do with it?" I offer online-coaching and Zoom calling for weekly check-ins.
My favorite client story
I have had a client with a severe spinal chord injury regain a majority of his faculties (with the help of doctors as well, of course) within 1- year. Although this is not common, it is amazing to see someone who believed their life was over see a second wind in their sails.
My favorite exercise
Deadlift or Clean and Press. Whatever works the most muscles!
My favorite quote
It is a shame for a man to grow old without ever seeing the strength and beauty of which his body is capable. - Socrates.
My training philosophy
We value our health the most after we lose it.
My training experience
10+ years coaching. Former physique competitor. Current athlete.
