The other day a client came in and said "I don't feel like working out can we have an easy workout please." I laughed and said "no such thing as easy workout its either you workout or go home." She said "no I'm here, ugh fine lets do this" and then after we worked out she said "thank you for kicking my but that's exactly what I needed."
