I began my fitness journey as a professional dancer and hold a BFA in Musical Theatre. Consequently, my training focuses on optimizing recovery and building full body strength. I have 5 years of experience in leading others through their own fitness journeys and have worked with clients of all ages and experiences. I'm a NASM CPT, a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Certified in teaching Barre and Rowing, and a 200 Hr Yoga Teacher.
