About Anastasia

As an athlete growing up and competing in volleyball and track & field, fitness has always been a big passion of mine. One of the things I strive for with my clients is to empower them to reach a level they’ve never reached before that is catered to their desired goals, ultimately helping them become the best version of themselves. Listening is an important training aspect for me. By hearing what one’s desires and concerns are, I can ensure the strategy fits their needs because we all are different and unique. Fitness is a lifestyle; it is an investment in oneself and each individual is 100% worth it!!

I had the pleasure of working out with Anastasia who was quite instrumental in forming a new fitness routine for myself. Her training style is very organized and encouraging. She always had me involved regarding my progress, looking for feedback, and making me want to work even harder. Time was very well spent with Anastasia. I’ve already seen the results. She had a customized plan that was perfectly lined up with my needs. Her constant support created a wonderful workout environment, encouraging high performance and increased motivation. Anastasia has a wonderful, easy going style. She was always available beyond the workout session and has served as a wonderful source of knowledge regarding both training and maintaining a healthy diet and overall lifestyle. Anastasia is a pleasure to work out with, I highly recommend her!!

Anastasia was able to bring my motivation for working out back after I lost my grind. She made me feel comfortable with the gym and using the equipment properly! Anastasia made working out enjoyable and fun. She was my first ever personal trainer and she was so amazing at guiding me through each workout and making me feel comfortable. Before this experience, I had never worked out in a gym before and definitely felt intimidated. Once I started with Anastasia, she really made sure that the workouts were challenging enough for me without going overboard. She also explained all the workouts we were doing and what it will help me with. I also loved that she focused on my form to make sure that I am not injuring myself. Not only were the workout great, she was also extremely accommodating and creative especially because I started working out with her when Covid started. Even when the gyms were closed she found ways to train me at the beach. Honestly one of my favorite new experiences ever was getting to train with Anastasia :)
