About Anita

Hi! My name is Anita Singh. I work with people from all walks of life and they all have one thing in common. They want to build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle. My training method focuses on strength, mobility, glute growth and fat loss to ensure your body is functioning in the most optimal state. Training is only half the battle. Proper nutrition is imperative to maximize athletic performance. As your coach, I will help you dial in on your nutrition to ensure your success in and out of the gym. My goal is to help you grow physically and mentally stronger while building more self-confidence. I strive to help empower others to focus on self-love, health, and movement – no matter what size or age they are, or what stage of life they’re in. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Diego State University & I am a certified Women’s Fitness Specialist. I have been Personal Training since 2019. I would love to help you achieve your fitness goals!

Anita has changed my outlook on fitness and health completely. I never would’ve thought I’d get to where I am today and it wouldn’t have been possible without her guidance! I just want to start by saying how amazing Anita is. I moved down here to San Diego and totally got thrown off my gym routine. I tried multiple gyms, large and small. I magically found Anita’s instagram and thought what a perfect way to get back into the swing of things. I was so used to the gyms back home and was comfortable going there. When I moved I began to feel so unsure of myself in the gym. I wasn’t going consistently and my anxiety being in new gyms got the best of me. When I started working out with Anita I was still nervous but she made me felt so comfortable from our initial meeting.
