It all starts with a solid foundation within. Finding what genuinely brings you happiness, and doing whatever it takes to keep that alive! For me, exercise is one of those things. It is without a doubt worth every hill climbed, weight lifted, and second counted. Difficult yes, but a fun journey indeed. My training philosophy
Less talk more walk, give it time , set yourself up for success by sleeping soundly , eating healthy, moving around whether it be through exercise or in general, sacrificing what you don’t need in your life , and filling it with things that help you and others .
My training experience
Over 10 years as an athlete , team captain, in football and track and field . Over 5 years of competitive trail running . Over 3 years now as a personal trainer and business owner with over 1000’s of hours of training clients both young, old, fit, and out of shape. The depth only grows with each new day
