- ongoing accountability, and support to help you reach your goals
I've worked with clients aged 14-86 and specialize in working with women ages 40 and up. Please note I train exclusively out of my home gym and do not travel to clients homes.

I have helped so many wonderful people over the years, but some of my favorite moments are
helping a client train for their first 5k, first half marathon and first triathlon,
helping someone do their first pull up at 70
helping someone deadlift over 2.5 times their bodyweight

My training philosophy
Less is more and you don't need to spend hours per day in the gym for results. All bodies are capable of movement, and I will help you find movement that you enjoy!
My training experience
I've been a certified personal trainer for 7+ years. I've coached clients from age 14 to age 85 and have experience with all levels of abilities. I specialize in women's health, especially helping women as they age through peri menopause and beyond.
