Hi! I’m Cara and I love to see women get stronger! I especially like working with pre/post natal women as well as women in peri and post menopause. I became a trainer because it seemed like the fitness space was lacking experienced, middle aged women. I wanted to offer women the opportunity to be trained by someone in a similar phase of life that truly understands obstacles specific to them! I have 3 children and know firsthand how challenging it can be to parent babies and toddlers while trying to get fit. I’m also well aware of the impact hormones can have on our strength, metabolism and mental well being. Women are not little men and shouldn’t train like it!
My favorite client story
Helping my first menopausal client lose weight and find balance was a really great experience. Just because hormones change doesn’t mean we can’t still feel like our best selves!

My training philosophy
Focus on getting stronger in the gym and doing exercises that you enjoy. Food is used to support training goals whether you’re interested in building muscle or losing fat.
My training experience
I have experience training women to get stronger and lose weight in the process. I often tailor programming to hormonal changes in the menstrual cycle or peri/post menopause.
