I was a former Professional Surfer who transitioned my experience as an athlete into a passion for training the human body and mind. After years of training for sport, I developed a system of supportive training that I felt was missing in my own training environments. I use mobility as the foundation for all strength training to generate a balanced program that fuels my client's strength and overall longevity.
