About Daniella
I’ve been a Trainer for more than 5 years and I specialize in helping with weight loss transformations, weight training, and preventing injuries by helping you with your pains (low back, knee, shoulder, etc.). I became a Personal Trainer because fitness truly helped me with my depression and anxiety, and I’ve been able to heavily impact my family for the best. I used to always be in pain and suffer from stomach pains and had the worst way of taking care of myself. You’re not alone! I’ve truly been in your place and felt lost. Having had a trainer myself and learned more I NEEDED to share this knowledge with others to help them also see the light at the end of the tunnel! I’m here to help you learn how to care for your future self and feel confident doing it. I’m also a dancer and love music! I can shuffle, dance salsa, bachata, merengue, cumbia, samba, and pole. I truly love the ability to move and dance and fitness is what has allowed me and my mom since I started training her to feel young for life!
