About Edward

hi there, thank you for considering me as your trainer/coach! a little about me, I have been training clients for 5 years currently. I work with men and women to help live healthier pain-free lives, by helping them move better as humans, train them as athletes. I am passionate about fitness and learning new methods to teach my clients to understand their bodies more to where they become self-efficient and healthy, I am always taking courses yearly to continue my education and informed. on my off time, I love to read literature, from fantasy to sci-fi. I play video games and i also play Table Top RPG like Dungeons and Dragons and Chronicles of Darkness.

What can I say about working with Ed. Well for starters I wouldn’t be where I am in terms of fitness without him. I first started off going on YouTube and packing every exercises I saw into a workout plan. I would definitely feel the burn so I must have been doing something right. Wrong!! I would spend hours at the gym doing more harm than good to my own body. Working with Ed he showed me that I can feel the burn in a good hour and still get all the benefits. He’s been amazing to work with I told him what I wanted and we’ve been constantly working towards that. In the marines we have fitness test we have to do. I went from a high third sometimes second class straight to a first class. I can’t tell you how amazing that is all because of the workout regimen Ed has me doing. Another thing that’s incredible is how in depth he goes with the stretches beforehand. Doing the stretches I learned from him I never once felt any pain or aches even when I wasn’t with him all because of what he’s been teaching me. Not only is he an amazing trainer he’s very personable I have to remind myself at times that we aren’t just hanging out and I need to keep working out at the same time. To anyone I very much recommend Ed as a trainer he’ll help you like he helped me and I look forward to working with him in the future.

I had the pleasure of having Edward as my personal trainer. It was my first time doing training and I needed someone who could get me started, help me make training a habit (I was very bad at going to the gym by myself) and help me set up a routine for myself. I was most impressed by Edward's personalized approach – instead of having me use machines (as many other trainers do with my friends), he used creative exercises to work out a particular muscle group. Doing a varied set of exercises was also fun – never tedious. Edward explained all exercises and the reasoning behind them, going all the way to how the body works. He was also good at giving me guidance on what I should eat and how I should improve my nutrition, which is an inseparable part of any exercise routine. Edward was a great motivator. There were times when I wanted to throw in a towel, but he was good at keeping me going. Edward was very flexible and made it possible for me to have a regular workout routine. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Whoever gets him as a trainer will be very lucky.

I started working with Edward after a one-year hiatus from all forms of exercise. I was uninspired, out of shape, and dealing with a degenerative back issue that was causing me lots of pain. I met Eddy during a “training day” at 24 hours fitness. I was interested in changing my lifestyle and losing weight, we discussed about training together, he said he was gonna help me meet my goals. Before we started training he measured all my fat %, my weight and helped me figure out an eating plan that would work for my goals. After training for months with Eddy I was able to meet my goals, I lost weight and at the same time gained muscle. Not only did he helped me meet my goals, but also boosted up my confidence. One of my main goals was to feel comfortable lifting weights, especially at the squat rack. I can now say that I feel more than confident going to the gym by myself to train.
