As a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, I work in tandem with clients and practitioners to create personalized plans to achieve health goals. My mission is to guide, assist and support clients to make healthy lifestyle choices. I am a Certified Personal Trainer with a Fitness Nutrition Specialty and a Senior Fitness Specialty through National Academy of Sports Medicine. As a sponsored endurance athlete, I have been coached for many years and know how crucial having a good coach can be. I am certified "Silver Sneakers" so I work very well with the older adult. My roster of clients include individuals with Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, cerebral palsy, blind, and dialysis patients.
I work per diem at a Physical Therapy clinic in North County and have experience and knowledge working with patients who suffer from orthopaedic issues, and neurological issues.

My favorite client story is with my Parkinson's client. He has improved immensely since working with me 2x a week. I couldn’t be prouder and he is extremely happy with his progress!

I was diagnosed with diabetes in December, 2020 and after many years of living it up, I needed to make big changes. I started with Elizabeth in January 2021 at zero on the fitness scale. Elizabeth worked with me maximizing the impact of each workout, increasing the intensity and weight each time but not so much that I was too sore for the next workout. When my hip bursitis bothers me, she helps me strengthen the hip muscles but tailors the exercises so as to not aggravate. She gives me nutrition and diet tips and has encouraged me along this journey. I've lost 40 lbs and have gained a lot of fitness. I can do a plank now! I am a lot stronger. Senior exercise with Elizabeth Price. As a senior who was not exercising currently I have enjoyed how Elizabeth introduced me to a routine tailored to my needs and capabilities. Elizabeth is able to adapt when an exercise is not quite right for me and present a modification that works. I recommend her without reservation.
This is the first time hiring a personal trainer and I could not have had a better experience with Elizabeth! She was always on time, upbeat, prepared and focused on training me and tailoring our workouts to meet my needs! She gave great advice on weight loss and nutrition and her expertise and knowledge in the field really was appreciated. Do not hesitate to hire Elizabeth. She is the best!
Elizabeth is a patient and motivating personal trainer. My back has been giving me trouble for several months and she is rehabbing me to a point I feel comfortable going back to the gym, hiking and cycling. And in the event I have to get surgery I’m grateful for her training sessions which have created more core strength and knowledge of what exercises and stretches work toward safely improving my fitness.
I have chronic ankle instability that has made it difficult for me to safely exercise for years. Elizabeth knows challenging exercises that don't put me at risk for reinjuring the ankle and even strengthen the muscles around it. She is very attentive to my goals and has a holistic approach to exercise and fitness. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer, especially if you have physical limitations or old injuries that have made you hesitant in the past.
