After spending many years in the technology industry. Several years ago I decided the sedentary lifestyle must become balanced with daily activity. So I began a journey to pursue Quality of Life through Physical Fitness. My goal is to reach-out, and encourage others to enhance their Quality of Life using Physical Fitness and Nutrition as a tool. Us structuring time for Daily Movement in hopes to having a Healthier Life.

My favorite client story

There was a gentlemen whom like most people always found a reason to discontinue his work plans. However when he began to work with me, he found himself anticipating our workouts. He says they are educational and my spirit was warm and motivational. I took the time to help him understand what is was doing, and why.

Is sleep, because without proper rest your body will not regenerate the proper cells to help you maintain a healthy and quality lifestyle.
