Hello there! I graduated from UCLA with a bachelors science degree in Physiological Science. I worked as a volunteer coordinator and consultant with non-profit organizations to design programs to make living an active, healthy lifestyle accessible to all. The populations I’ve worked with include youth, individuals experiencing homelessness, seniors, and working professionals.
My background is in preventative exercise/diet academic research. In addition to personal training, I am a clinical emergency research coordinator in emergency research and cerebrovascular disease clinical trials.
