?I was talking to a colleague at work and he mistakenly thought I was in my late 40’s. I am about to turn 60! It feels exciting and surreal at the same time. With my desk job and my advancing age, I thought I’d never get in shape. My body seemed to be aging quickly, with excess fat, too little muscle, and back and knee pain from poor posture.
I tried everything: expensive trainers, diets, luxury anti-aging doctors, and even private chefs. But no one could give me the results I wanted, until I met Jesse. Within the first week my body started changing. Jesse and I train over Zoom. His skills astonish me: He notices every detail. Zoom, of course, reduces my gym-commute time to zero.
Jesse is a fantastic guy. He’s fun-loving, he’s in great shape, and he practices what he preaches. He also works hard to accommodate my schedule, and that means a lot to me. It's pivotal for your success that you have a plan.
Your nutrition and exercise plan is given to you immediately. You will learn your exercises in perfect form as you and I go through your routine together. I will record all our notes on your form and write down how many sets, reps, and days per week to perform this workout.
Your nutrition is highly personalized. Some people just want advice, others want a structured plan, and the rest want some combination of advice and a plan. Anything you need, I am here for you. I do whatever it takes to make sure you have exactly what you need!
My training philosophy
The difference between a fitness approach that prioritizes health versus a traditional fitness approach that prioritizes strain is how your body feels in the long term. When your body is exhausted and has poor posture, your weight is more likely to yo-yo up and down. This 'yo-yo' happens because your body is stressed. Once it's stressed, it's immediate response is to use its resources to create inflammation and recover. Not to lose fat or gain muscle. Most fitness and nutrition programs focus on creating more stress, fatigue, and restriction. I focus on my posture fitness exercises to take stress off your body!
