Hi! My name is Jesse and I have been involved with health and fitness industry for over 15 years with 12 of those years being a certified personal trainer through the national academy of sports medicine. After receiving my certification in personal training and while pursuing others certifications and practicing for a few years, I decided to pursue my bachelors degree in exercise science through Cal U of Pennsylvania where I graduated Summa Cum Laude in 201.
Personally, exercise has been a huge catalyst for me to become who I am. In addition to the general improvement and well being offered by physical activity it has provided me with the ability to better manage my mental health and more recently it has been a crucial piece of my treatment plan for managing my Crohns Disease.
My philosophy on fitness is simple: fitness is for everyone but it is NOT one size fits all. In my opinion, it is the most underutilized, underprescribed, and often overlooked tool yet has an unlimited amount of benefits with minimal side effects. Exercise should be hard and challenging but shouldn't be miserable or a chore. It should be a strategic, progressive, and productive approach. You have to find your health and fitness balance in order to succeed. A situation that you look forward to coming to and ultimately fuels your body to not just survive but to thrive!
Let's set up your consultation, discuss and get your exercise prescription dialed in to make your goals a reality.
