I moved to Los Angeles, CA from Philadelphia, PA in 2021.
In Philadelphia, I played Women's Division I Soccer at Drexel University getting my ACE Personal Trainer certification soon after graduation. After college, I worked as a Personal Trainer at LA Fitness and Group Fitness Instructor at F45. Since moving to LA I've worked as a Trainer at Equinox Miracle Mile.
I specialize in Olympic Lifts, Functional Preformance, Long-Distance Running, Knee-Pain, Low Back-Pain, Corrective Exercise, and Metabolism.
Although I work with a wide variety of clients and goals, my overarching goal is to prepare them for longevity. Whether this means correcting muscle imbalances or finding a sustainable and consitent routine - holistic wellness is always at the center of my training first and formost.
