About Julia

My name is Julia Pangalangan and I am a Community and Behavioral Health doctoral candidate.

 I have over five years of experience in fitness training. I am a group fitness instructor, personal trainer, and health coach. I am passionate about enabling others to enhance physical, mental, and emotional well-being through a comprehensive approach.

Sessions are comprised of physical training, but also include wellness coaching in your areas of interest (nutrition, eating behaviors, sleep, stress, etc.).

I love all types of movement. In the past, I have competed in body building, a triathlon, mud runs, and a half marathon. My focus is strength training, HIIT, and aerobic exercise. I work with my clients to make physical activity a routine part of their lifestyle, and believe prioritizing health enables us to excel in every facet of life.
