I’ve had chronically tight calf muscles after years as a professional dancer. Julifer was able to coach me through a series of foam rolling exercises that have relieved my tight muscles better than any yoga class. She is thorough, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about anatomy. Highly recommend!
Julifer is a fantastic trainer. The sessions are individualized, focused and with just the right amount of challenge. Such a joy to improve my posture, and work on previous injuries with an expert. I find it amazing that when my body is guided by Juilifer the positive results unfold naturally. Workouts with Julifer generate health and wellbeing. My upper body pain slowly dissipates with each session. My glutes are so much firmer, and what I see when I look in the mirror is now hopeful. I am very impressed by Julifer’s gentleness, encouragement and impressive knowledge. Grateful.
When I had my double hip replacement, I was weak and concerned I would never walk comfortably again. Julifer gently guided me back to full activity. Juilfer utilized the exercise plan from my Physical Therapist, and with steady encouragement helped me find my way to a full recovery. Now I am stronger and more able than I ever imagined I could be.
In December of 2018 I made the decision to change my life. I hired Julifer right before Christmas. Decided to cut out carbs, sugar, gluten, dairy and caffeine. Additionally, I stopped drinking any alcohol. I went to bed at the same time each night, rose at the same time every day for 120 straight days. I also had Julifer train me 6, sometimes 7 days each week. With the new diet, consistency in training, help from regular sports therapy massage and chiropractic I was able to shed 53 pounds of fat and gain 35 pounds of muscle by day 120. What was best about the process was Julifer made sure I gained my muscle equally in all the right areas and none of the wrong areas. I regained my ability to balance for the first time in a decade. She’s dedicated to her craft and brilliant and what she does. I’m a new person. Now with my muscle memory and conditioning I can live my life free of worries - never will I be that out of shape again. A massive transformation like mine takes a lot of dedication and hard work but It also takes trust in the process. There’s no one I would trust more to guide me through that than Julifer. She’s the best.
