Justin has been a Personal Trainer for over 7 years working with all different types of clients including, but not limited to advanced age, student athletes, overweight, hard gainers, middle aged and much more. In sessions with Justin you are not just getting a workout, but receiving knowledge to take with you on your lifelong fitness journey. A typical session would last roughly one hour consisting of about a five minute priming session (warm up), a fifty minute workout (this could be a strength, mobility, or agility session depending on your goal), and a five minute cool down or corrective exercise to address any joint dysfunction you may have. In working with Justin not only will you reach your goal, but you will learn to maintain that goal. Once you have completed your sessions with Justin you will have the knowledge and capability to carry on your fitness journey for the rest of your life.
