Hi lovely people,

I’m a Pilates instructor with a nursing background and a passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. My experience working one-on-one with clients of all ages — including those with complex health conditions — has taught me that every body is different and deserves personalized care and attention.

My sessions are supportive, goal-focused, and designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re building strength, improving mobility, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to move and feel better in everyday life. I believe Pilates should be both effective and enjoyable, and I strive to create a welcoming environment where clients feel comfortable, encouraged, and empowered.
