My name is Karin, I loved lifting so much, and got to know trainers at the gym I was at and htey inspired me to become a trainer. I have loved watching people become more confident and find strength in their own self, as they lost weight, gain muscle, gain weight, whatever they do. I am also an athlete, I am a powerlifter, and have been absolutely loving the sport!! My Motto is Form over weight any day!
