About Leah

I have over 8 years of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. My aim is to be very supportive and guiding with every client. I frequently work with weight loss, muscle gain, and overall conditioning programs. I offer my clients emotional and practical support, nutrition coaching, curated workouts, 1 on 1 attention, and overall wellness coaching that makes a lifestyle difference. All programs are results-driven, one way or another, my main focus is that your life transforms through working with me.


As a naturally petite female who wanted to feel strong and take up more space in her body, I specialize in helping women feel more confident in their bodies from the inside out. Clients who have worked with me and have great results range from those who want to drop 10-20lbs of body fat, gain muscle mass, heal their gut, and/or just live a more balanced healthy lifestyle.


I’m really big on gut health and helping women with their bloating issues no matter their size or goal. Before starting my fitness journey, I always felt petite and not super strong in my body. Through my own journey, I’ve found so much confidence and healing with healthy habits that have made me become stronger mentally and physically. Now I help babes like you learn and adopt healthy habits while still enjoying a life you love. I dealt with so many gut health issues and mental health issues, and I understand how it’s all related to each other and our physical health.


Now, because I’ve had the right coaches help me to get to where I am, I am able to thrive in the healing I found through fitness. I want to be the right coach for you. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified Nutritionist, my goal is to help women find confidence and healing through weight lifting and nutrition that is tailored to each one as a unique individual. Each training session is designed with YOU in mind. You can expect to have fun, experience a variety in exercises, and leave better & stronger than when you came in.

My favorite client story

My client never used to love jeans or shopping because she always felt out of place, insecure and discouraged. Recently she went shopping for the first time in forever and had her most positive experience to date. She now feels extremely confident not only in jeans or dresses but also simply in her own skin!

Romanian deadlifts or anything that targets the back, glutes (butt), and hamstrings!
