I've been training individuals and groups in gyms for many years now. My specialties are strength training, high intensity interval Training , core Training and yoga. I've trained very different types of people: from athletes who want to increase strength and power to perform better in their area of expertise, people on a weight loss journey, beginners who think they can't do it and discover the depth of their potential, pre and post partum women who want to keep their fitness routine or slowly and safely get back to it.
I myself believe that all fitness components are important and necessary. My sessions always have a big strength emphasis, some high intensity interval training at the end to work on the cardio and power. In the cool down, I always use yoga components to get the best of all my specialties and help you create a safe and well-rounded experience.
