About Milad

In my mind, movement is the key to life. Through movement, we can express ourselves mentally, physically, and creatively. Movement has inspired me to explore different places, experience different physical states, and further my education. My approach to fitness views movement as a form of interaction with your environment. I strive to increase the quality of your interactions by making you skilled and proficient at movement. My ultimate goal is to make you a better human being through the lens of movement. With years of experience in hospitality, physical therapy, and strength and conditioning, my ultimate goal as a trainer is to provide comfort, exercise adaptations, and education. To me, fundamentals are key, so I start all of my clients with a primer on movement patterns. These movement patterns play a crucial role in our lives and I strive to make them as efficient and safe as possible. To achieve this I implement strength and conditioning principles that are supported by centuries worth of exercise science research
