I enjoy using a hands on approach with data tracking to ensure results so that way you always know that your investment is working for you in real time. This includes calorie tracking(if needed), Apple watch data, inBody assessments and cycle syncing workouts (for the ladies). Its important to me that my clients experience something that feels real and attainable. Together we set realistic goals and reach them.
I am a new mother so I am always open to helping moms with affordable pricing and making any session work as a kid friendly experience. I have a private outdoor gym in San Dimas CA so every session will be private with no interruption.
