Patrick has over fifteen years of fitness experience. His interest in the field began during his time in the U.S. Air Force, where he learned the importance of maintaining a fit body, and has carried through to the rest of his life. After his enlistment, Patrick worked for General Electric Aviation where he was an integral member of their Health Ahead Team, overseeing the physical fitness and stress management subdivisions.
Most recently, he worked with the personal training team at Cal Poly Pomona in opening their brand new Bronco Recreation and Intramural Complex. He has earned a BS in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Cal Poly Pomona with an emphasis in Exercise Science.
