My approach is to apply my years and experience as a professional problem solver to my passion of fitness and nutrition, and in using that skill set my clients and I perform the following steps that ensure independent sustainable and life changing improvements; Utilizing the DMAIC principals of (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) my clients and I work together to determine the following: •  What body type my clients are i.e., (Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph) •  What are the ideal fitness and nutrition goals based on their unique body types • My clients and I will agree on a SMART sustainable plan for fitness and nutrition • We will determine what (if any) the hindrances are for fitness and nutrition • My client and I will work together and strategies on a plan to remove hindrances • My client and I will work together to monitor and analyze progress • My client and I will continue to drive consistency • All developed plans will be continuously reviewed to ensure continued and sustainable success • We will develop and create a control plan for my client to follow once the process is complete My approach has been and will always be, that of a guide, and a leader, someone who can assist individuals with achieving their goals, rather than telling them what their goals should be. My goal is to create a training environment that not only motivates but also empowers individuals to continually challenge themselves in a fun and rewarding way. The workout routines and nutrition ideas that my clients are presented with create a sustainable and healthy experience that fits into their unique lifestyles without interruption. Fitness is here to be enjoyed! Fitness provides us with the ability to enjoy a healthy active lifestyle. The beauty is you get to choose your own fitness adventures – the options are endless. I love to see my clients achieve their personal health and fitness goals, through a tailored approach of regular fitness activities and guided fitness programs. Enabling my clients with the ability to understand that regarding nutrition, “we eat to live ,and we do not live to eat”, as well as, “consistency over intensity”, regarding fitness are what keep my clients engaged and motivated.
