I have been a Fitness/Strength trainer for over 12 years. I believe in teaching as I train. Knowledge is a very integral part of what I do. If you understand why we are training, you will be much more willing to continue long into the future. I am also very knowledgeable about Nutrition and overall Wellness (Stress, sleep, breathing, meditation, etc.)
My favorite client story
I have helped a client ready for NY Marathon and I have helped a shy high school boy go from 97 pounds to 127 pounds. He gained a great deal of confidence and happiness along the way. He is now a very happily married and successful man. He did it ALL himself, I was just happy to be a part of it.
My favorite exercise
I would have to say the Farmers Walk. It’s functionality in every day applications is unmatchable.
