I'd like to start by saying I have limited spots available and only looking for individuals ready to fully commit to a program and get tremendous results.


Since 2014 I've trained clients who are ready to make a permanent change in their bodies. Specializing in corrective exercise and flexible dieting I focus on motivation and support more than everything except the actual application of exercise.


With me you will gain a tag team partner who is going to create a workout and nutrition plan to fix any postural imbalances and show you how to make a permanent change in your physique.

The best stories are my best transformations. Having a 65 year old woman lose 10% body fat in 3 months or a 68 year old man come in and lose 30 lbs in 6 months. Those are the stories I love to see unfold.

Posture is of utmost importance. Fix the alignment of the body to improve everyday wellness and then attack the physical and health improvements 2nd.

Ricardo is an amazing personal trainer. I came to him with a weak, arthritic left knee. I really couldn't do much with it. Plus, the less I was doing the weaker it was getting.
