I've immersed myself in a lifelong journey of sports and fitness, shaping the person I am today. Passionate about sharing knowledge, I find fulfillment in impacting lives through teaching. The Bucayu Movement is my initiative to aid dedicated individuals in their self-improvement journey, whether for sports, enhancing physical and mental health, or striving to be their best selves. My focus extends to working closely with athletes of all ages and sports, guiding individuals recovering from post-rehabilitation injuries, and training those seeking weight loss or a general sense of well-being. - B.S. in Kinesiology from San Jose State University in 2022 - NASM-Certified Personal Trainer - Walked on Division 1 Track and Field Program - Continued competing at the club level in 2021 - Will look towards pursuing a Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree at a later date
