Hello,
So, a little background about me, I have been working out for 12 years. I have powerlifted in the past, but I noticed my comfort zone was bodybuilding. I have competed in numerous body building competitions and won bodybuilding shows in my division. I have trained numerous of clients in the past. Whether it was to lose weight, gain weight, or if they wanted to look their best for their wedding. I became a personal trainer because I wanted to help others who are new to the fitness industry, working out can be intimidating, stressful, and confusing, but I believe with the right information it can be fun and can be a part of our everyday lives.
A typical session would be knowing and understanding your medical history to know which exercises can be done. Then I would ask for your goals, and we can plan from there.
