Hello Sarah here! I became a certified trainer in my journey to bring health and happiness to the world! My focus is a whole approach to wellness. From fitness to nutrition to mindset, my goal is to help you reach yours! I have my Bachelors in Exercise Science, am a certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Coach, and am continuously educating myself on the latest research. Each session with me is different depending on the individual. I find out your goals, why they are important to you, and what you enjoy! The best and only way to stick to a training plan is to find something you enjoy. I will push you to accomplish things you didn't think were attainable at first and you will leave with a sweat and a smile! I've worked with a range of clients, from kids to seniors, those new to exercise to ex-cross fitters, homemakers to high profile business people. If you are ready to crush your goals or just get moving, I'm the trainer for you!

Sarah introduced new exercises to my workout which took me to the next level. After asking her a few questions, she helped me realize I am lactose intolerant. A trip to my hometown had me asking family members if anyone is lactose intolerant and they all confirmed what Sarah pointed out. I don’t feel so bloated anymore since changing my diet and it shows in my waistline. Thank you Sarah!
I began training with Sarah several years ago. I’d go so far as to say that she essentially taught me how to work out and balance my nutrition from the ground up! Although Sarah teaches in a way that produces self sufficiency in regards to good form and healthy habits, I continue to train with her because she is the best at encouraging people in various stages of their fitness journeys. Life isn’t a straight line, and neither are her nutrition and fitness curriculum! No matter where I’m at, I find that she pushes me to be the best that I can. After committing to her twice weekly program, I am happy to report that visible progress has come even more quickly (I am fitting back into my pre pandemic clothes again! Yay!) and that I feel more confident than ever. I can’t say enough about training with Sarah! I have been an athlete my whole life but could not find motivation to get myself in the gym to train. I found Sarah and I am so grateful I did! She educated me, motivated me and was my personal hype girl!! I felt so confident when training with her and I met goals I never thought I could, LIKE DOING A PULL UP! I reached my weight loss goal but more importantly I felt good about myself and what my body was capable of and I owe that all to Sarah. I also took away some great workouts that I will carry with me forever! I’m so grateful for the encouraging words she provided to help me get through a difficult time when I thought I may not fit in my wedding dress, lets just say THE DRESS FIT. I started training with Sarah about 9 months before my wedding with the hopes of working with someone who would push me, motivate me, and keep me excited about working out leading up to my big day. Needless to say, all my expectations were met and then exceeded. Through my strength training with Sarah, I've learned about my body's own capabilities and how to push my body in a way that I really needed in a safe and encouraging environment. We've been consistently training for over a year now, twice a week and am still thoroughly enjoying it. I love the option of buddy training sessions to bring a friend along and make it even more fun. I've learned how to strengthen my body and work it in a way that I have never done before - I love feeling strong and exceeding goals week by week. To top it all off, Sarah is encouraging, has a wealth of knowledge, judgment free, and is always flexible in training if I'm having an off day but still need movement. Now moving into my next phase of life - pregnancy - Sarah has been ready to adapt my workouts safely, continued to motivate me and help ease me into a strong mama. I've loved my experience and look forward to continuing my journey with her by my side.
