Hey y'alls! I have been a fitness coach for 7 years professionally. I moved to California in 2016 from Dallas TX. I love helping people reach their fitness and health goals through custom designed programs to help you reach ANY goal. I specialize in weight loss, strength training, nutrition and boxing! A typical session with me will include weight training, TRX, kettlebells, bodyweight, and plyometrics. I get detailed in your nutrition habits and we work to slowly change what is needed based on YOUR SPECIFIC GOALS. I am not a "crash diet" coach. I teach you what you need for lastin, long term results. No more yo-yo dieting and extreme calorie cutting! You will learn how to eat for you body type, and the changes will feel seemless.
