I am powered by positive energy and driven by member enthusiasm and effort. I started my own Zoom spin gym at when Covid hit in March 2020. Urockfit offers "different rides" for focused training. Whether we are on an endurance ride incorporating power drills, timed intervals, sprints, climbs or a combo or we are performing HIIT (high intensity interval training) to maximize effort, effectiveness and efficiency, they are music driven in which each song is played for a reason to drive the ride forward in performance and progress and also in thought. By the end of each ride, all riders throw up their hands and say, "I rocked it" inside and out!
Each spin session is 60 minutes. Whether a beginner, advanced or anywhere in between, I meet clients where they are and bring them to achieving your goals. All cardio formats are welcome and encouraged.
