Police Officer for 27 years at Sacramento Police Department. The last 11 years I worked on the SWAT Team.
In addition, I was in the Air Guard and Naval Reserve for 12 years. In 2003 I was deployed to Afghanistan as a TACP and assigned to Special Forces Units.
For the past 5 years, I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor.

I worked with Steven for 3 sessions. I must admit that I had never worked with a professional trainer and probably had very unrealistic goals for myself. Steven worked with me to set realistic progressive plans for me to build strength and balance. Steven took into account my age and how out of shape I was and worked with me to feel better and get stronger. Steven customized his training program for me around me and not just some program by the book. Steven was encouraging and very personable. I enjoyed my sessions with him.
I trained with Steve for approximately 1 year. The only reason I stopped was that Steve moved from the Palm Springs area to San Diego. Steve is professional, organized and innovative. He listens to his clients - but he also pushes them. He switches things up so one doesn’t get too comfortable or bored. He also focuses heavily on form - which makes a tremendous difference in meeting the intended goals. I made very good progress with my endurance and strength. I would recommend Steve to anyone and would use him again in a second.
