My favorite exercise
Being a personal trainer, there are a lot of different exercises that I love! I would have to say a few of my top favorites would be deadlifts, squats, lunges, jumping jacks and side crunches. Just to name a few!

Once you know what you want and know how to get it, it’s not hard to achieve it.
Understanding how your body, exercises, nutrition, and output all work together, any goal
is easily attainable as long as you stay consistent and patient.
My training experience
I’ve trained countless clients online remotely in different states and also in person in my home state of California! I also have a social media presence where I share mini workouts, coaching guidelines and nutrition.
