I chose to pursue a career as a health coach and personal trainer because of my athletic background and deep interest in human biology and biomechanics. I find joy in guiding my clients through lifestyle shifts, and helping them build sustainable routines and habits that support their goals. My mission is to empower them to create a life that aligns with their vision of health and well-being.

She has a natural knack for showing those around her how to eat well and for their body/ goals. No fad diets or any other invasive junk. She not only encourages you to get active daily in as many ways as possible- she actually cares. I mean she will sit down with you and help you break down your daily life and identify where changes can or need to be made- small and large. Working with Tabatha has been so amazing! Honestly, the hardest part was getting started. I was so worried I didn't have the strength to get through the first session but she modified everything to my abilities to where I felt comfortable and actually kind of had fun! I love that her specialty is "bodyweight exercise" so there was no pressure to buy any fancy equipment, and I am reaching my goals in my own home instead of some crowded (and dirty lol) gym. We are coming up on three months and a coworker has already commented that I am slimming down/ toning up and asked if I've been working out! It felt so amazing! I can see muscles in the mirror that I didn't even know I had!! I can't wait to see how I look come summer!
