About Tabatha

I decided to pursue becoming a health coach and personal trainer because of my athletic background and interest in human biology & biomechanics. I find joy in assisting my clients with shifting their lifestyle as we see fit; establishing routines and habits that will help them reach their goals and live a life that aligns with their vision.

I like to stay active with pilates, bodyweight/ calisthenics, yoga & pole classes (aka vertical calisthenics).
