I specialize in Women of all ages and stages in life (including Professionals or Stay-at-home-moms; Brides-to-be or Moms-to-be; Students or Grads; Empty nesters or Retirees! ), and my training sessions are geared toward the Fitness goals that Women have the most... Fat loss, Toning and Tightening! During our sessions, I will provide you with Strength training, Cardio and Weight-Management coaching. I offer challenging (Private or Group) exercise sessions that mix traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and weight training.... all based around YOUR Fitness goals and level. Sessions Include (VARIES WITH EACH CLIENT): Interval Drills, Total Body Workout, Abs/Core, Designed To Tone and Condition, Strength, Flexibility and Balance Training, Including Cardio and Plyometric Exercises, Jogging, Sprinting, Stair Climbing, Hopping, Jumping, Skipping, Kicking, Stretching, Laughing I am extremely Passionate about what I do... and am exceptionally Compassionate about sharing my Energy, Enthusiasm and Zest with my clients! I have over 25 year's experience... specializing in Women's Health & Fitness. I have been an athlete all my life, so altogether have 35+ year's experience in Sports and Fitness.
