Welcome! I am so excited to help you along in your fitness journey. I'm Trudy and have been at this movement thing for a while. I have blended various modalities of training to create Strength and Stretch.

As humans we sit too much, are out of tune with our bodies, and often feel we don't have the energy to do the things that we value most. And pain! How many times do you or someone you know complain about a nagging pain that limits our ability in some way?

Well, thats where I can help! I love helping bodies move and feel better and have a knack for customizing workouts to meet your individual needs and goals.

I've been dancing since I was 8 years old, practicing yoga for 13 years and working as a Movement Coach/Personal Trainer for the past 8 years. I specialize in creating healthy mobile spines which of course will lead to a stronger core and increased range of motion at the hip and shoulder.

My goal for you is increased mobility, flexibility and building a strong stable body that often moves with ease and confidence.

No two people are the same, I meet you where you are at, so if you are someone who has been working out for years or someone who is just starting out, I honor your commitment to show up, start moving and get you feeling your best!
