Hi everyone,
A little bit about me, I've enjoyed playing sports and exercising since I was a little kid. Now, I finally took my passion for fitness to become a personal trainer. One thing I especially love about personal training is teaching and showing clients they could do more than they ever thought capable. I like to keep sessions fun and relaxed but still intense as well. I typically work with people who have little or no experience in general fitness and some clients who have some foundation but just need that extra little push. With that being said I am more than happy to work with clients of any background to help them pursue their fitness goals.
I do training online and in-person and the initial consultation is free. I specialize in functional fitness, strength training, and wellness coaching.
In my off time you can find me in the gym hitting the weights, riding my motorcycle around time or working on my novel.
