For years, I threw myself into high-intensity workouts, thinking that working out more meant better results. But instead of feeling strong and energized, I found myself stuck in a cycle of injury and exhaustion that stretching alone couldn't fix. I was constantly run-down and frustrated, wondering why my body wasn't responding the way it should. That's when I realized the key to getting results wasn't working harder- it was training smarter.

As a Certified Personal Trainer with a background in dance and the Feldenkrais Method, my approach to strength training is rooted in biomechanics to help you build muscle without the joint strain and intensity overload- so you can actually stay consistent and finally see results.
