About Archie

I became an NASM trainer in 2013 with my specializations in corrective exercise, sports performance enhancement and a nutrition coaching.  My clients range from teens looking to get up and moving to seniors who are looking to remain moving and functional.  My desire for fitness started in high school where I was the scrawny kid always being ridiculed.  Today, I help those wanting to build muscle, shed weight, or simply those that want a better quality of their everyday life.

My experience has taken me from individual to small group to boot camp style classes, from one on one to partner sessions, from young to elderly and from the everyday client looking to shed some weight or gain some muscle to clients with severe mobility concerns.
