My goal is to make you the healthiest ever. I take a holistic approach to ensure you pass all your health and fitness goals. We will focus on creating the best sustainable fitness routine as well as perfect lifestyle habits so you always have the best day ever.

My clients include young adults/professionals, CEOs, stay-at-home moms and dads, professional athletes, elderly women/men, obese women/men, and children.

I am a lead trainer for Nike Train Chicago Program. I am a certified personal trainer and a certified yoga instructor.

I found my passion for holistic life optimization while incorporating innovative lifestyle hacks into my life and those around me.  With a never ending itch to travel, I make it a point to voyage to new places. As a nutrition/fitness aficionado, I love pursuing the exploration of superfoods, superherbs, raw chocolate, and functional strength building.

Bret is more than well versed in the latest fitness techniques to drive results in the gym, but he takes it to the next level as he focuses on your nutrition and overall health. He broke down my diet, showed me where room for improvement was, and then showed me how to cook a well balanced diet.
